The State of WA Employment Security Department (ESD) in Olympia WA is recruiting for 2 developers to begin May 7, 2011. These positions are funded through 6/30/2012.
Candidates must possess at least 4 years of application experience with Oracle database (10G Preferred), Oracle forms and reports, SQL Server, and Reporting Services (SSRS).
In addition, the individual must have experience and knowledge in the following:
Knowledgeable in the use of Team Foundation Server. Prior experience as a developer on complex systems. Experience working within and supporting a formal project management methodology. Demonstrated ability in accurately estimating work. Development of efficient code and efficient application design resulting in high performing systems. Experienced at trouble shooting and repairing code deficiencies and system performance issues. Hands on experience in Oracle Forms. Hands on experience in Oracle Reports. Experienced in Oracle PL SQL for working with an Oracle database Experienced in Microsoft Reporting Services and T-SQL Highly proficient in best application development practices. standardized approaches for development deliverables, and high performing applications. Highly proficient in technical design Highly proficient in documentation of technical specifications. Extensive experience with successful unit and performance testing. Ability to work well with a team or multiple teams.
